'Teen Mom' Porn Farrah Abraham Return To Couples Therapy: MTV Sex Star Hints At Coming Back To VH1 Show With New Boyfriend!
In a few posts on social, the MTV star dropped hints that she may be headed back to the hit VH1 reality show. This time, she would be accompanied by her current beau, Simon Saran, a real estate agent from San Diego.
"Look forward to seeing you soon. I need my #Farrapy from only the best of the best #Therapy," the reality star tweeted to Dr. Jenn Berman, the therapist on VH1's Couples Therapy.

When celebrity gossip site, Starcasm, reported on the story, Farrah didn't deny her involvement on the show.
"Oh @starcasm you know my relationship mashed together (Farrah + Simon = #Farsi) #Middleeastern all the way @couplestherapy helping out," she replied on Twitter.

If the Farrah 2: Backdoor and More star makes it onto the show again, it will finally be with an actual boyfriend. In her first appearance, the reality mom was ditched by her then-boyfriend, DJ Brian Dawe. However, he later revealed they faked their relationship just so Farrah could get on the show.
As MStars News reported, the sex star recently showed up at the 2015 Adult Film AVN Awards looking back to normal after plastic surgery left her lips horrifically swollen.
"I was attempting to put in a lip implant, but while being relaxed by medication, the doctor used a method I was allergic to and I had a massive attack and went to emergency room," Farrah told Hollywoodlife.com. "The hospital doctors let the other doctor know what he should not have done. I am not on medicine for 5 days in order to clear up and heal my body from the attack. I never received the lip implant."
"I will stick with my other doctors that I have never had issues with in the past," she continued.

"I personally would not recommend south California top rated doctors to anyone."
